Required profile
With a higher education (Bac + 4/5) in civil or building engineering, you have acquired experience in team management, management of a profit center and in business development. You have already held a similar position in an environment related to the building sector: whether in works management, project management, design office, and ideally within a control office. You are recognized for your leadership and your taste for challenge. Your sense of customer service and your ethics will allow you to succeed in your missions. Frequent travel will be expected.
Vos missions
The missions of the position: We are looking for, for our development, branch managers in several metropolises.
The branch manager is at the same time a manager, a salesperson, a consultant and a branch manager.
He ensures the coordination and management of the mission entrusted to him, by bringing his expertise in management, trade and management of client portfolio, risk prevention.
With this in mind, he supervises his team, which he supports in the execution of their mission and ensures the achievement of objectives in terms of turnover.
He is also responsible for expanding the client portfolio.
A strong appetite for management and commerce are necessary for this position.
